First let me thank you for taking the time to read this email. I realize your time is limited and valuable so I will try to keep it as short as possible. In my never ending quest to grow my book of business I have realized I myself must go back to basics. So I am going to be offering an ABSOLUTELY FREE service for dealership sales personnel.

I am a member of multiple “groups” on social media in which other sales professional from many industries are apart of. I most closely relate to the auto industry centered groups and its members. A common theme I am noticing is a constant desire, want, and need to learn how to promote themselves, their business, and what they do via the internet.

Now I am sure that most of you have your own advertising efforts in place, but I have also been a salesman in the dealership. I also know that we are not expected to live or die off of the dealership traffic. If I ever wanted to get to 20, 25, 30 units a month it was going to come from prospecting as well. your sales department hate it and they will half-ass it, if they do it at all. Outside prospecting is realistic but a little counterproductive in some cases. To leave a card at the chinese restaurant, or the gas station is ok. In the line at the grocery store and what not. But anytime you are away from that lot, especially as a salesperson, you feel as though and could quite possibly be losing out on money. So posting up outside the local Wal-mart or K-mart passing out cards and flyers could might not be the best thing to do for some.

So that leaves perhaps one of the greatest things to come out of the 20th century...THE INTERNET! Now sure, most of them can facebook all day and watch funny pointless videos. But if they knew how to take those stolen moments, and apply them to self-promotion via the internet, and learn how to leverage the reach of the internet well that, could perhaps help some of them propel themselves and the dealership to more units on a consistent & monthly basis.
